FAQ
Questions about mixed-use projects
Can you take only part of the building?
Yes. You can send just the residential floors, the podium or the amenities as a separate package.
Do you coordinate with consultants?
We work with your consultants’ models and drawings in Revit and flag conflicts for your team. Coordination meetings stay with you unless you want us there.
Do you stamp the drawings?
No. Your architect of record reviews, stamps and issues the set. We produce the drawings under your title block.
Which software do you use?
Revit as standard, set up from your template. AutoCAD when your project or consultants require it.
