FAQ
Questions about multifamily projects
Do you check accessibility?
We lay out accessible and adaptable units following the code and standards your project uses, and mark them on the sheets for your review. Final code compliance is confirmed by your architect.
Can you start with only the unit types?
Yes. Many firms start with a unit package, then send the full building once they see the quality.
Do you stamp the drawings?
No. Your architect of record reviews, stamps and issues the set. We produce the drawings under your title block.
Which software do you use?
Revit as standard, set up from your template. AutoCAD when your project or consultants require it.
Test us on one package
Send your unit types. Get them drawn.
If the first package does not meet your standard, you do not pay for it.
- Unit layouts or Revit model
- Your template and title block
