These terms apply to your use of weconnect.work (the "website"), operated by WeConnect LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company ("WeConnect", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These terms cover the website. Projects we deliver for you are governed by the proposal, services agreement or other written agreement we sign with your company. If those documents conflict with these terms, the signed agreement controls.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use the website lawfully. You may not:
- Use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with the security or technical operation of the website, or access it with automated tools in a way that overloads it.
- Copy, reproduce or distribute our content without our prior written permission, except to share a link to a page.
3. Illustrations and sample drawings
Photographs and renders on the website are illustrative images. Sample drawings, sheet lists, dimensions, bottle counts and other technical figures are examples created to show the type and format of our work. They are not drawings of a client's project and are not intended to be used for construction.
4. No professional advice
Information on the website, including references to industry practices, insulation values, room conditions or equipment, is general information. It is not architectural, engineering or code advice for any specific project. Design decisions, code compliance, equipment sizing and any sealed drawings remain the responsibility of the licensed professionals and manufacturers on each project.
5. Intellectual property
The content, text, graphics, illustrations and logos on the website belong to WeConnect LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international law. Your company's files, templates and drawings remain yours; how we handle them is described in our Privacy Policy and in our agreement with you.
6. Links to other websites
The website may link to or embed services operated by others, such as forms provided by HubSpot. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeConnect LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the website.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
